How do I return or exchange merchandise purchased online?
If you're not completely satisfied with your Armand JaLa Clothing purchase, send it back to us. We'll be happy
to make an exchange or issue you a refund for the original price paid when the item is returned to us
by the "Return by" date on your invoice.
The "Return by" date is usually about 10 days after receipt of your order. Refunds are issued in the original
form of payment. If you make a return after 10 days, you will receive a merchandise exchange at armandjala.com.
Returns or Exchanges by Mail
To return or exchange your purchase or gift by mail, please use address listed on the invoice.
Just follow the return/exchange mailing instructions. If you have any questions, contact us via email

By the way, we cannot refund shipping & handling charges.
How do I cancel or change an order?
If you'd like to cancel or change your armandjala.com order, please call I-425-754-3585 as soon as
possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. But please bear in mind that our
order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently.
Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.
